My Current Early Morning Stretching Routine After Rolling Out of Bed

My current roll out of bed and stretch routine. Get some blood flow going and open the tightest parts of your body
Most people have postural mis-alignments from non-native stagnation everyday.
❌Lower crossed syndrome (butt sticks out, lower back arch)
❌Upper crossed syndrome (shoulders roll forward, chest caves in)
These exercises attempt to at least neutralize those imbalances to start the day as well as get some blood flowing, stabilize your trunk, get that chest and hips open, and start your metabolism.

✅Shoulder taps - warm shoulders and core, low-level stability and balance
✅Quadruped reach - get Posterior Chain muscles firing together (especially glutes!)
✅Deep lunch + Windmill - Hip opener, Shoulder stretch, Chest Opener
